Co-founder and partner, Arlinda Craven is always ahead of the curve. With Flock, she saw an exciting opportunity to develop a different model of offline editing and loved the challenge of building something new.
With a rich background in advertising and post-production, she brings years of industry insight from her time at the APA and her experience working as a producer at a VFX post-production house.

Jack begun his career in London after gaining his degree in Film & Television which inspired him to join the world of Post-Production and he hasn’t be able to stay away since.
Working for various post houses and broadcasters, he has a long history of working in bookings and the post production field.

Alexandra Wood
Co-founder and partner, Alexandra Wood brings her extensive experience from working 17 years in the industry in top edit houses. Her talent spans short-form and long-form work across feature documentaries, commercials, film trailers, music promos and digital content.
Her creative vision, together with her keen storytelling skills, match her talent for crafting delicate, nuanced tone. She’s an editor who loves to get her hands dirty and dive headfirst into the murky depths of human stories.

Elodie Fouqueau has a strong sense of adventure. A born and bred Parisian, she spent nine years in Melbourne, Australia, before heading to London to further her career. Elodie embodies a unique blend of editing finesse, creativity, and patience – qualities that have led her to work with award-winning directors across the UK, Europe, and Australia. She has over ten years' experience working on commercials, music promos, digital content, and documentaries. She loves to collaborate and is always looking for exciting creative talent to work with. -

Jamie Kataky
Jamie Kataky spent years learning the ropes from the best in the business before studying an MA in editing at the National Film and Television School. He now works across commercials, drama and documentary; drawing on broad experience to adapt a specialist approach to each edit. Never afraid of a creative challenge, Jamie is drawn to narrative and structural problem solving. -

Co-founder and partner, Matt Brady has a decade's worth of experience in advertising, working with the best post houses in London on award-winning projects over a variety of genres. With a broad technical skillset and a logical approach to problem solving, he has a knack for tackling projects with inventive flair. -
Olly Stothert, BFE
Olly Stothert, BFE
Co-founder and partner, Olly Stothert has considerable experience in cutting both commercials and feature-length films. He’s enjoyed great success at film festivals in Europe and around the world, notably for his feature 'My Pure Land’ which gained critical acclaim as the UK’s 2018 Oscar entry for Best Foreign Language Film. Olly has always been a firm believer in fostering a professional but fun working environment. His incredible work ethic and passion for storytelling know no bounds when it comes to genre or format. Paco Sweetman, BFE
Paco Sweetman, BFE
Paco Sweetman began his career in music videos and EPK's for most of the major record labels in the UK. Branching out into commercials and branded documentaries his work has covered a variety of topics. He has also accrued many credits of narrative work including 8 feature films across documentary and fiction as editor, most notably his film 'County Lines' that was screened at the BFI London Film Festival. Zoé Desgraupes started her career in TV broadcast after graduating with a Master of Arts in cinema and media from Paris. After moving to London, she shifted her focus to short-form content, where she floated between live action and animated videos. Zoé has lent her unique mix of editing and animation skills to everything from short films and trailers to corporate brand films, commercials, and art films. She is also a talented musician, and her music often inspires new ideas and creativity in her film editing.
